Portrait format watercolour painting of another single winged pod which is beginning to fragment. It is umbre in colour and shows the fine lines of its wing. Anchored behind it are two golden squares the one above is large and the one behind the seed base is small. Behind the seed pod and the golden square is a semi transparent red ochre background.

This image is from a group of four which were exhibited at the Barbican Arts Centre 1993 at my exhibition, 'Seed Pods, Vessels of New Life'. In all of these four paintings I was thinking of the metaphor of a bird's feather.  See Tipuana I. The group were all sold together.
